Desk Administrator

This is an ideal position for anyone looking to develop a career in administration, plant or rental management. We have available an interesting and varied role working as part of a small, friendly team.

You will be involved in:

  • Hire documentation preparation
  • Processing of hire documentation
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Reporting and analysis of customer activity
  • Exception reporting
  • Database update

Although this is initially a 12 month contract there will be an opportunity to extend this to a permanent role going forwards. The work involved will be excellent training for any administrative career and especially in the expanding rental industries. As a candidate you will have the ability to focus well and attention to detail is very important. You should be able to display good communication and team skills and an excellent telephone manner.
